What We Offer
Three ways to support your family's most important conversations.
Each arrangement is carefully scoped. We work on communication — not care, legal matters, or finances.

How we approach the work
Initial conversation
We listen to your situation and confirm whether and how we can help. No commitment required.
Scope agreement
We set out in writing what the engagement covers, how many sessions, and what lies outside our scope.
Engagement
Sessions proceed at the agreed pace — online or in person. We hold space for the conversation to develop naturally.
Written close
The engagement closes with a document the family owns — a shared note, guide, or statement ready to use.
Solution 01
Caregiver Communication Coaching
For adult children coordinating the day-to-day care of an ageing parent across siblings, in-laws, and helpers — six sessions over three months, focused entirely on communication. We help you write the family group chat update that does not cause an argument. We help you send the difficult message kindly. We work on the written and spoken channels the family is already using. We do not touch care decisions, medical questions, or anything requiring a professional practitioner.
- Six sessions over three months
- Written communication templates and guides produced
- Online or in-person (Klang Valley)
- All health questions referred to qualified professionals
- Strictly confidential throughout
Solution 02
Family Decision Workshop
A facilitated half-day for a single family with one significant decision ahead — a move overseas, a parent's relocation, or an operational conversation about a family-held interest. We design the day, facilitate the conversation, and produce a written shared note of where the family arrived. We are strictly facilitative: we do not offer commercial, legal, or financial advice of any kind. We help the family hear each other clearly and document what emerges.
- Half-day engagement (approximately 4 hours)
- One family, one question
- Written shared note of outcomes provided same day
- Pre-session preparation call included
- Venue flexible — family location or arranged space
Solution 03
Personal Statement Drafting Companion
A short engagement — two sessions over three weeks — for someone who wants to share something in writing with their family: an explanation of a difficult choice, a considered apology, or a letter to a future grandchild. We help with structure, tone, and clarity. The words remain entirely your own. We do not write the document for you; we help you understand what you are trying to say and find an order that makes sense. At the end, you have a document that is ready to share.
- Two sessions over three weeks
- Conducted individually — no other family members required
- Your voice, your words — we guide structure and tone only
- Completely private and confidential
- Available fully online

Across All Solutions
Standards that apply to every engagement
Privacy & Confidentiality
All session content and documents are held in strict confidence. Nothing shared with us is disclosed to any third party.
Scope Transparency
We provide a written outline of each engagement before it begins, including what is and is not covered.
Active Referral Practice
When a topic requires a licensed professional, we say so and refer promptly. We do not work beyond our scope.
Written Documentation
Every engagement produces at least one written document that belongs to and remains with the client.
Non-Directive Facilitation
We do not push families towards any predetermined outcome. Our methods support the family's own thinking.
Clearly Bounded Commitment
Engagement lengths are agreed before starting. There is no pressure to extend, and the arrangement closes at the agreed point.
